The Board is pleased to confirm that Avon Rubber p.l.c. has now been renamed Avon Protection plc.
The trading symbol (“AVON”) and ISIN/SEDOL codes for the Company’s ordinary shares listed on the London Stock Exchange remain unchanged.
All share certificates that are presently in the hands of investors will be valid and do not need to be exchanged for new share certificates.
